Horror face masks!

Tonight it's all about something that is increasingly in the beauty news - ridiculous face masks that scare the living day lights out of your family, make you look more dangerous than Hannibal Lector but boy do they make your skin feel baby soft.

It's become a bit of a trend to use paper face masks that cover your face literally leaving holes for your eyes, nostrils and mouth.

I have been using one by Indeed for the last 3 weeks and think this weekly pampering will become a long term fixture in my beauty diary despite how scary it looks - top tip, do it in the evening when there is less chance of the door bell ringing or children thinking the Bogie Man has come to their house!!

You leave on for 10 minutes and then remove, massaging in the excess serum into your face. Then follow with your favourite night cream.

The timed release magic ingredient, hyaluronic acid, is a winter weather treat for dry and dehydrated skin - providing up to 24 hours of hydration.

The Indeed Hydraluron Moisture Boosting Mask comes in a pack of 5, all individually sealed - at Boots its currently on offer and so considerably cheaper than other masks that do the same thing but charge the earth.......I have no idea what this is like but the Colbert MD Illumino anti-aging brightening mask is a frightening £85. I know I look ridiculous in this face mask (and yes, I still seem to be managing to pout through it!?) but at least the cost of it won't scare us all off!
